Agreement

By using Resuite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Resuite provides AI-powered room redesign services. You upload photos of rooms, select a design style, and receive AI-generated redesigned versions. Results are generated by OpenAI's image models and are provided as-is.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Usage limits

Free accounts receive 3 total generations. Pro subscribers receive 50 generations per billing month. Unused generations do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify limits with reasonable notice.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. The AI-generated redesigns are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may download, share, and use the generated images without restriction. We claim no ownership over your uploaded or generated content.

Acceptable use

You may not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

Payments and refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated results may not perfectly match your expectations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
