What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. When you use our service, we process the room photos you upload and store the generated results. We also collect basic usage data (number of generations, timestamps).
How we use your data
Your photos are sent to OpenAI's API solely for the purpose of generating redesigned room images. We store your original uploads and results so you can access your history. We use your email to manage your account and communicate service updates.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- OpenAI: processes your room photos to generate redesigns
- Stripe: processes payments securely
- Supabase: hosts our database and stores your data
- Vercel: hosts our application
Data retention
We retain your account data and generation history as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
Security
Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with SHA-512. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can download your generation history from within the app. To exercise any of these rights or ask questions, contact us at privacy@resuite.app.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email.
